Upright Japanese Maple

Acer Palmatum

This originated from a witches broom on ‘Bloodgood’. New leaves are bright red when first emerging and becoming darker red maroon as the summer goes on. Holds colour well and grows to be a compact upright shrub reaching 2-3m. Glorious crimson to bright red autumn colour.
